FAQ
Answers about the experience, devices, and your recordings.
01Can I download MurVoice now?+
MurVoice is in development and is not yet available on the App Store. You can explore the design demo for free. We’ll announce the app’s launch here.
02How much does MurVoice cost?+
Free includes 30 AI minutes per month. Basic includes 300 minutes per month at reference prices of CNY 29 / month, CNY 78 / quarter, or CNY 238 / year. Pro includes 1,200 minutes per month at CNY 69 / month, CNY 188 / quarter, or CNY 598 / year. All subscriptions provide a monthly allowance with no rollover. Apple’s in-app purchase confirmation shows the applicable currency and price. The app is not yet released; the web design demo is free.
03Do I need both an iPhone and an Apple Watch?+
The design includes recording flows for iPhone and Apple Watch. You can explore both in the demo. Supported devices and system requirements will be confirmed at release.
04Can I use it for meetings, sales, or gatherings?+
These are use cases we’re designing for. Before recording other people, let them know and get their consent. Real-world recording capabilities will depend on the released app.
05Does the demo record or upload my data?+
No. The demo does not access your microphone, call AI services, or upload records. Changes you make in the demo stay in your current browser’s local storage. Clear this site’s browser data to remove them.
06Are transcription, summaries, and action items available?+
The website shows design previews with sample content. Demo transcripts and actions use simulated data, and exported demo audio is a tone. Actual app capabilities will be described at launch.
07Can I export recordings?+
The demo lets you view and export sample records as Markdown, TXT, JSON, and demo audio. It is intended to explore the product flow and should not be used to store important information.
08Which languages are supported?+
The website supports Simplified Chinese and English. Switch using the header or footer. The interactive demo is currently in Chinese; app interface and transcription languages will be announced at release.
